This easy lemon bread recipe can be adapted to make any flavor of moist cake with minimal effort, plus it makes two loaves so you can share! (Or not, just saying…)

Cook Time: 40 min
1 box lemon cake mix*
1 package (3.5 oz) lemon instant pudding mix*
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Put everything in a large bowl and mix for four minutes.
Grease two loaf pans and divide the batter up between them. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Bread is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
*You can switch up the cake mix and pudding flavors to make different flavors of cake. I’ve used strawberry cake mix and cheesecake pudding, chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding, white cake mix with pistachio pudding, and even white cake mix with pumpkin spice pudding! The possibilities are endless!
