Slouchy Beanies

Beanies make great Christmas presents; they generally work up quick and they’re a great stash buster! I love the look of slouchy beanies (one of my very first patterns I published was for a slouchy beanie) and you can easily adorn them with cute buttons or pom-poms! Speaking of pom-poms, I’ve got a great trick that keeps them from coming apart! Check it out here.

Anyway, onward to awesome slouchy beanie patterns!

Wildwood Beanie by The Unraveled Mitten

I love the texture of this beanie! It almost looks like the star stitch, or at least the top half of it! The pom-pom is the perfect size for it too, and I love those wooden heart buttons!

Back in Brugge Slouchy Beanie by Heart Hook Home

This hat is a beautiful combination of Tunisian crochet and regular crochet, and the fur pom-pom is a great addition!

Game Night Beanie by Crochet Kim

I love the name of this beanie because it reminds me of our weekly game night we have with friends. I also love the use of a solid color and the Red Heart stripes (which is one of my favorite yarns) to create kind of a stained glass effect.

Dragonfly Slouchy Beanie by Pattern Paradise

This hat would be perfect for fall as a lighter weight beanie. You could adorn this one with a dragonfly button or a small dragonfly brooch like this one.

Coffee Bean Slouchy Beanie by Crochet it Creations

I love the look of the bean stitch, and it's fun to crochet too! And this beanie in ILTY Painted Canyon looks gorgeous! I bet this slouchy beanie would look great with a fur pom-pom!
