Wow, I can’t believe it’s already March! This year is flying by! This is the year we have decided that we are gonna get our butts in gear and get a bunch of stuff done (the famous “honey-do list” mainly for the house, but we both work on it). It’s surprising when it seems like you blink and suddenly things go from pink hearts to green shamrocks!

Since St. Patricks day is right around the corner, I decided the theme for this Friday would feature shamrocks. These quick and free patterns are a great way to get into the spirit! Whether you want to add a touch of green to your home or your wardrobe, these patterns are great for warding off potential pinchers 🙂

Four Leaf Clover Throw by Shari White

This pattern, published by Red Heart Yarns, is absolutely beautiful! You can switch up the colors to make it an interesting accent in your home any time of the year!

Four Leaf Clover Granny Square by Maz Kwok

This granny square is super cute! Crochet a bunch of them and make a blanket or a decorative pillow!

Shamrock Scarf by Repeat Crafter Me

You never know if you'll need a scarf in March with Colorado weather, and this scarf would be great to wear to a St. Patty's parade!

Shamrock Ring by Tia Davis

I love this ring because it adds a subtle hint of green to your wardrobe. Perfect if green isn't really your thing but you still want to avoid getting pinched on St. Patricks Day.

Lucky Shamrock Coaster by Tammy Arshi

You could crochet a simple green placemat to go with these coasters and create a quick and fun atmosphere for dining when it comes time to make corned beef and cabbage 🙂
