I’m going to feature some animal patterns this month! One of my favorite animals of all time is the giraffe. I’m not quite sure why I like them so much, but it was always my favorite to feed them at the zoo!

So without further ado here are some of my favorite free giraffe crochet patterns!

Baby Giraffe Amigurumi by Courtney Deley

This little giraffe is so cute! The pattern is available in Spanish, German, Estonian, and Danish as well as English.

Giraffe C2C Blanket by Maria Bochkareva

You need to have a basic understanding of how to do corner to corner crochet to follow this pattern. I love what the finished product looks like! And I've never thought of writing a C2C pattern the way Maria does, but it makes a lot of sense to me!

Hearty Giraffe Amigurumi by Amigurumi Today

I love the striped limbs as well as the little heart on this giraffe!

Egyptian Giraffes by Tanja Osswald

This pattern is based of a round doily by Sheila Nelson that has been discontinued. It does require knowledge of how to do Tunisian crochet. It would make a great lightweight scarf!

Giraffe Hat by Amy's Crochet Patterns

This hat is super easy, especially if you know how to crochet a hdc beanie. Using different hook sizes or increasing/decreasing the number of stitches in each row, you can create this hat in any size!

What are your favorite animals?
