With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner (already? whew!) I figured it would be an appropriate time to post some crochet Celtic patterns. I’m so ready for corned beef and cabbage, what about you?
There are a lot of great Celtic designs on Jennifer's site! I wanted to pick something small and quick to work up. There are lots of pictures to help you too.
I absolutely love the look of this shawl! You guys know I'm a sucker for texture haha. I've never tried the basket weave stitch but I think I might use this pattern to learn!
The design of this trivet is so cool! You don't have to necessarily make it in greens; you can make it to match the colors in your kitchen! Be sure to use cotton yarn (acrylic can't withstand high temperatures).
This blanket is so lovely! There are lots and lots of pictures to help you with creating the cabling on each tile. You could do fewer tiles and make them into a matching pillow as well!
